The Oxford Round Table Limited is chartered in England and Wales as a not-for-profit organization under authority of The Companies Acts, 1985 to 2006. The corporate purpose of the Oxford Round Table is to promote education, art, science, religion and charity by means of academical conferences and symposia and by publication of scholarly papers.
