Sir Colin Lucas, former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Oxford and Warden of the Rhodes House (home of the Rhodes Scholars), welcomed participants at the Oxford Round Table session devoted to university leadership held at the Rhodes House.  Participants from 14 countries attended the meeting.
